Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, in all 27 governorates. Open the box, check your bag, then pay the courier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of ordering.

How fast is delivery?
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days. Other governorates: 2–7. Orders before 16:00 ship the same day.
How much is shipping?
From EGP 65 by governorate. Free over EGP 1,500.
How is my bag packed?
Stuffed so it keeps its shape, wrapped in a dust bag and boxed — ready to gift.
Bags & care
How big is the bag, really?
Every product page lists the exact size in cm and what fits inside (phone, wallet, tablet…). Not sure? Send us a WhatsApp and we'll send you a video of the bag.
What are your bags made of?
Mostly vegan leather with cotton or satin lining and metal hardware. The exact materials are on every product page.
How do I keep my bag looking new?
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, stuff it with paper and keep it in its dust bag when you're not using it. Keep it away from direct sun and heat.
Returns
What if I change my mind?
Return any unused bag with its tags within 14 days. Our courier picks it up from your door.
What if something's wrong with my bag?
Message us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll refund it or send a replacement, shipping included.
