Within 14 days of delivery, for unused bags with tags and dust bag. Message us your order number on WhatsApp and the courier collects it.
- Pickup costs EGP 50, free if the bag is faulty
- Refunds land within 5 business days

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We refund in full or send a replacement, shipping included.
Exchanges
Want another colour instead? We'll swap it — you only pay the pickup.
